Goa Tourism Minister and Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte announced that the ₹650-crore Porvorim flyover will be inaugurated on September 10 by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Khaunte said the project will ease long-standing traffic congestion on the Mapusa–Panaji route and improve connectivity.
He also highlighted Goa’s growing startup and IT ecosystem, tourism diversification, and projects aimed at creating new employment opportunities for locals.
