Panaji, July 6: Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, along with Transport Minister Shri Mauvin Godinho, on Sunday launched the Majhe Driver App at the Institute Menezes Braganza Hall in Panaji.
The programme was organised by the Goa Motor Cycle Taxi Riders' Association in coordination with Graceful Goa Superapp Pvt. Ltd. and the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa.
The Majhe Driver App, developed by Graceful Goa Superapp Pvt. Ltd., a startup recognised under the Goa Startup Policy, aims to provide a digital platform for motorcycle taxi riders to connect with customers and expand their business opportunities.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Sawant said the initiative reflects the government's commitment to promoting digital solutions and supporting the livelihoods of traditional motorcycle taxi operators in Goa.
The platform is expected to strengthen the reach of motorcycle taxi riders, improve their accessibility to customers, and enhance the efficiency of booking services through technology-driven solutions.
The launch marks another step towards integrating Goa's transport sector with digital innovation while creating better opportunities for local motorcycle taxi riders.
