Addressing the gathering, Dr Sawant praised Mauvin Godinho’s contribution to Goa’s development and described him as an experienced leader who has played an important role in shaping both the Cortalim and Dabolim constituencies.

The Chief Minister highlighted Godinho’s work as Transport, Industries and Panchayat Minister, stating that various reforms and development initiatives were undertaken during his tenure.

Dr Sawant said the projects inaugurated were planned with a long-term vision to improve infrastructure and cater to future generations.
