*Crackdown on Touting and Public Offenses Continues in North Goa*SP

Panjim, April 19:* The North District Police, in coordination with the Tourist Police, continues its daily crackdown on touting and other public offenses across Goa.“We will not tolerate any touting activity. Strict action is being taken every day,” said SP North Akshat Kaushal. He stated that nearly 1,000 individuals are under suspicion across North and South Goa.So far, 193 people have been booked for drinking in public places, while 545 cases have been registered for littering. Additionally, 14 cases have been filed against individuals caught driving on beaches.Authorities reaffirm their commitment to maintaining public order and ensuring a safe environment for both residents and tourists.
