Goa Crime Branch arrested Yogesh Kumar from Ghaziabad, UP, for allegedly creating the website deepikaverma.com violating IT and ITP Acts. A search led to the seizure of data and a CPU. Yogesh is the third arrest in the case; two others were earlier arrested in Andhra Pradesh. Investigation continues under PI Dattaram Raut, supervised by DySP Rajesh Kumar and SP Rahul Gupta.
