Goa police have placed head constable Sarvesh Kandolkar under suspension for alleged dereliction of duty in connection with the case of Siddhique alias Suleiman Khan (54), the accused involved in land grab cases, who escaped from the Crime Branch police custody, Ribandar in the wee hours of December 13 with the help of former IRBn police constable Amit Naik.
