Goa Pradesh Youth Congress Launches “Selfie with Khod’do 2.0” to Expose Goa’s Pothole Crisis

Panaji, 29 August 2026: The Goa Pradesh Youth Congress today launched “Selfie with Khod’do 2.0”, a public participation campaign aimed at highlighting the growing pothole menace across Goa and drawing attention to the government’s failure to maintain the state’s roads.

Under the campaign, citizens are invited to spot a pothole, click a creative photograph and submit it along with its GPS location. The initiative seeks to turn public frustration into constructive citizen participation and make the authorities take note of dangerous road conditions.

The campaign carries cash prizes worth ₹50,000, with:

* 🥇 1st Prize – ₹20,000

* 🥈 2nd Prize – ₹15,000

* 🥉 3rd Prize – ₹10,000
