Inaugural function of First International Symposium on Tribal Health (FIST 2025)

Hon'ble Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant attended and addressed the inaugural function of First International Symposium on Tribal Health (FIST 2025) organized by Maharashtra University for Health Sciences and AIIMS Nagpur at Nagpur in the presence of Maharashtra Minister for Trbal Welfare Shri Ashok Uike, Vice Chancellor of MUHS Lt. Gen. Dr. Madhuri Kanitkar, Executive Director & CEO AIIMS Nagpur Dr. Prashant Joshi and other esteemed dignitaries. HCM congratulated MUHS and AIIMS for organizing FIST 2025 focused on upliftment of the Tribal community their Health and Overall Development. HCM said that under the Leadership of Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, we are working for the Tribal communities with Infrastructure, enhancement of Health & other facilities to bring Ease of Living. He mentioned that individuals, organization like Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram have been working selflessly for the upliftment of Tribals while protecting, preserving their unique traditions and wisdom. HCM further stated that participation of Organizations along with Govt efforts is necessary for the upliftment of Tribals in our collective vision of Viksit Bharat.
