*Mapusa Police Arrest Foreign National Residing Without Valid Visa*

Mapusa Police have registered Crime No. 64/2025 under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946, and Section 6(a) of the Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1950, following the arrest of a Kenyan national for residing in India without valid documentation.Based on a complaint filed by PSI Bablo Parab of Mapusa Police Station, the accused, Ms. Teresia Wairimu Muturi (39), a Kenyan citizen holding Passport No. A2496803, was found residing illegally at Bhatiwado, Parra, Bardez, Goa.She was apprehended for staying in Goa without legal authorisation or a valid visa issued by the competent authority.Further investigation is underway under the supervision of SDPO Mapusa Shri Ashish Shirodkar, PI Mapusa Shri Nikhil Palekar, and overall supervision of SP North Goa, Shri Akshat Kaushal, IPS.
