MURDER CASE REGISTERED AND WORKED OUT IN CALANGUTE, 04 PERSONS ARRESTED, INLCLUCING SHACK OWNER AND HIS SON, AND 2 OF HIS WORKERS.

Today a case under sections: 103/118/324(3), read with Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023, was registered in Calangute PS. This case was registered on complaint of one Mr. Spandan Bollu from Hyderabad, Telangana. BACKGROUND: According to the complaint, at approximately 1:00 AM, a dispute regarding placing a food order escalated into violence at the Marina Shack, Calangute Beach. The accused, identified as the owner of the shack, his son, and members of the staff, allegedly assaulted the complainant’s friend, Shri Bolla Ravi Teja, 28, a resident of Andhra Pradesh, with wooden sticks and physical blows, resulting in a head injury. Later, Mr. Ravi Teja succumbed to his injuries.ACCUSED ARRESTED: 1. Agnel Silveria, age 64 years, R/O: Tiva Wado, Calangute. 2. Shubert Silveria, age 23 years, R/o: tiva wado calangute goa. 3. Anil s/o Kamal Bista, Age: 24 years, R/o: Calangute, N/o: Nepal. 4. Kamal sunar r/o: Calangute, Age: 23 years, N/o: Nepal.
