Panaji, October 2:Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Amit Patkar on Wednesday dismissed speculation regarding a change in party leadership, asserting that there has been no such move.Patkar strongly criticized certain sections of the media for allegedly "spreading rumours" about internal changes within the state unit of the Congress."There is no truth to these claims. I urge media persons to act responsibly and refrain from creating confusion among the public and party workers," Patkar said, addressing reporters.The Congress leader reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the party in Goa and preparing for upcoming electoral challenges, stating that the focus remains on unity and grassroots mobilization.
