Pernem MLA Pravin Arlekar’s fully tinted jeep creates controversy

Perne MLA Pravin Arlekar’s arrival at Goa chief minister’s house in a fully tinted Mahindra Thar jeep has created a controversy.A local channel released a video showing the fully tinted car of Arlekar.The black colour Thar Jeep was fully tinted and had come to Altinho from Pernem after crossing several kilometres.The question is now being asked whether the law is only for the common man or it is applicable also for the elite MLAs.
