St Andre:Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP) MLA Viresh Borkar on Thursday laid the foundation stone for the construction of a retaining wall along the nallah near Allan Noronha’s house in Neura, falling under the St. Andre constituency.The project is being undertaken through the Rural Development Agency (RDA) and aims to address long-standing issues related to water management and infrastructure stability in the area.
