SANGOLDA: Four people were injured in a road accident near the Sangolda football ground after a Honda Activa allegedly collided with an oncoming Royal Enfield motorcycle on August 30.
According to the police complaint, the Activa rider was travelling from Guirim towards Saligao when he allegedly took a sudden right turn towards an internal road without giving an indicator.
The scooter then collided with the Royal Enfield, which was being ridden in the opposite direction by a 20-year-old from Merces.
Both riders and their respective pillion riders sustained injuries in the collision.
Police have registered a case and further investigation is underway.
