Panjim;Gifting 3.33Lakh sq mt (3,33,805 sq mts) of notified CADA land to Delta Corp Ltd for setting up of “Integrated Resort Development Project” by denotifying it by a Cabinet decision (Goa Cabinet) is not just fraudulent but totally illegal. Also, waiving off crores of rupees to benefit this Casino Company, Is another Instance of a corrupt act by the BJP Govt - additional gift which raises question as to how much of this amount has been pocketed by the BJP!! Whilst pretending it wishes to help the farming community, the BJP Government is seeking to finish off farming community, sell agricultural lands to its friends for building “farm houses” and now, to set up Casinos, that too, in land notified as CADA land just last November, 2024 with me as CAD Board member!
