PANAJI: The Enough Is Enough Movement has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court in connection with the ongoing dispute over the new Deltin casino vessel after the Goa Bench of the Bombay High Court restrained the ship from entering the Mandovi River without necessary permissions.The petitioners apprehend that the casino company may move the Supreme Court seeking relief against the High Court’s interim order passed on May 6.The High Court had directed that the new vessel should not sail into Panaji Port until all mandatory certifications are obtained and prior permission of the court is secured.The caveat has been filed to ensure that the petitioners are heard before any order is passed by the Supreme Court in the matter.
