Panjim:Held a detailed review meeting with Ms. Meenakshi Nevatia, Managing Director of Pfizer India, Mr. V.S. Chandrashekhar, Country Director of Americares India Foundation, along with Dean GMC, Dr. Bandekar, Director DHS Dr. Rupa Naik and other senior representatives from GMC and DHS to assess the key achievements and milestones of Project Parivartan.

This multi-year initiative, implemented in partnership with Pfizer India, Americares India Foundation, Goa Medical College (GMC), and the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), focuses on:

Tackling Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)

Strengthening Infection Prevention & Control (IPC)

Creating a robust Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) framework across Goa’s public health facilities

The project aligns with the National Action Plan on AMR and WHO’s global priorities.
